With more than
3.000 years of history, in the heart of the Majorcan countryside,
Sa Boleda was originally a large estate dedicated to cereal crops
and sheep farming. Its privileged location in the north of Majorca
only 5km. away from the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcudia,
with its magnificent and inspiring views afforded from its
promontory position, have made this place a settlement area for all
the past civilizations that have populated Majorca. There are still
well preserved important traces left of the the Talayotic, the
Phoenicians, and the Moors.
Our family relationship with these lands, still our home today,
dates back to the 13th Century. We are proud to be able to share
the magical passion we feel by offering the comfortable and
restored rural houses of “Es
Figueral”, “Es Sostre”
and “Sa
Clastra”.
The three houses are independent, with total privacy in mind, ideal
for a couples, family or friends on holiday.
