Welcome to “Sa Clastra” rural house. This house is ideal for a family with children, two families with an infant or small child, a couple or two pairs of friends.
Renovated in 2011, it brings together tradition and comfort, with special respect for the environment, energy efficiency and sustainability. It is part of the “clastra” (cloister) or patio round which the main buildings of the estate are built.
“Sa Clastra” is a one story house that consists of a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another bedroom with two en suite bathrooms. It has an impressive lounge with a wood stove and satellite television, a spacious dining room that overlooks the pool, and a kitchen. It has free WiFi access in all rooms.
It is acclimatized by means of a heated floor and a fan coil air conditioning unit. In the lounge it also has a wood stove for the winter and ceiling fans for the summer which are also in the two bedrooms.
Hot running water and the heated floor are supplied mainly by thermal solar energy. All the exterior walls are thermally insulated.
The decoration consists of traditional family furniture giving the feel of the Majorcan rural house comfort and harmony. Completely equipped, the bedrooms of “Sa Clastra” have safety deposit boxes; the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hot plates, oven-grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large refrigerator and small appliances such as toaster, egg-boiler, coffee maker, kettle and blender.
“Sa Clastra” is completed by an exclusive outdoor area: a wide 150 square metre terrace, gardens, and a 3 x 10 metre swimming pool. A private area to rest and relax. It also possesses a large porch with a barbecue where lunches and dinners can be held, and a resting or reading area with comfortable sofas and easy chairs.
The house enjoys relaxing views over the landscape, has a total of 125 square metres and a maximum capacity for 4 adults. An additional bed and cots are available for children.
